Our Moscato is from the varietal, Moscato Giallo and is a semi-sweet wine which allows the flavors of the fruit to shine.

To bring out the natural flavors of the grapes, we barrel aged our Moscato for 2 years in neutral oak barrels. We used neutral oak barrels so that the oak would not over power the natural flavors but still allow the flavors to mellow.

Moscato has fruity and floral notes with a hint of spice and oak that make it a nice, light wine. It also has a golden yellow color and is great to drink by itself or with some food.

Since it is a semi-sweet wine, it is nice to pair it with more savory foods. It pairs great with cheese, crackers and salami.
